position Description:
We are looking for Business Analysts with experience in retail banking analytics
Who are we looking for?
– Ideal candidates would have 8+ years of experience as Business Analyst of which the last 6+ years should have been in a bank or financial services company. Should have executed atleast 6projects with banks and financial services companies. The projects must have been executed in Tier 1 or Tier 2 banks. Experience in smaller banks will be considered – if the project is correspondingly complex.
– Experience in multiple projects in one of more of the following: retail banking, mortgage banking, lending / card related or corporate banking projects. In-depth functional knowledge of Retail Banking (Deposits, Credit Cards, Mortgages, Auto loans, etc.).
– Expertise in capturing requirements from Customer Analytics perspective
– Expertise in online channel analytics like Adobe Omniture or Expertise in using SAS tools for Customer analytics
– Understanding of banking data model
– Extensive expertise in use case writing and use case modeling – atleast 3 banking projects
– Experience in documenting process flows using tools like Visio – atleast 1 banking project
– Experience in doing mapping of requirements to systems capabilities provided by packaged core / home grown core is a plus
– Working exposure to Banking Systems of Records / Core Banking platforms is a plus
education background: Ideally a management graduate. Else, should have done an MS / MCA/ BS / BTech will be considered only if they have correspondingly experience higher level (10 years)
