Job Description:
Salesforce Architect * Experience : Minimum 3 years on Salesforce , overall 5 year Must have
• Worked in the role of lead or Architect for at least 2 large Salesforce implementation
• Strong business knowledge in Sales Force Automation, Opportunity/Lead management, Quote, Case Management and Customer portal functionalities
• 3-4 years experience with the Salesforce.com CRM solution(sales and service cloud)
• Understanding of custom cloud and force.com
• Hands on Experience with Estimation models and methods and exposure to solutioning at bid and sales stage
• Play a lead role evaluating new CRM technologies/add-ons and develop plans for their implementation
• 5+ years object oriented programming experience using Java or other languages
• Concrete understanding of object-oriented development
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of SOAP, XML and workflow
• Advanced knowledge of data management
• Experienced in integrating 3rd party systems with Salesforce.com
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Sales cloud or service cloud Certification * Nice to have
• Exposure on various SaaS platforms like radian6, attensity
• Knowledge of latest trends and techniques in PaaS and SaaS
• Multi-country roll out knowledge
