1.Making cold calls. 2. Making field visits. 3. Providing information to the customer through broachers. 4.Arranging for test drive at customers location. 5.Providing demonstration of the vehicle (6 step demonstration). 6.Offering Finance quotation, Performa invoice, Accessories to the customers. 7.Following up with the customers. 8.Maintaining Enquiry Management Diary. 9.Providing accurate status of the vehicle through EMDS through the Team Leader. 10.Generating enquiry through referrals. 11.Explanation of vehicle during the time of the delivery. 12.Retailing and delivering the vehicle. 13.Coordinating with the delivery in-charge to check the status of the vehicle to be delivered. 14.Introducing the customer to the General Manager Sales/Service, Customer Relation Manager and the C.E.O. 15.Strengthening customers trust by making post sales follow-ups.
