The Role:You will be responsible for the entire sales process, generating the enquiry, finding out what the customer wants, coming up with a design solution and cost, quoting the customer and winning the business. job Description:
To identify key customers and to develop specific action plans to grow identified accounts.
Identifies potential opportunities with existing and new customers.
Targets and initiates contact with multiple prospective customers. Develops network of contacts
Convert leads into opportunities: identifying the appropriate contact within the customer's organization, identifying required sales team members, making assignments, and communicating the next steps in the process.
Gather information and performs facility walk-through, construction plan review or other requirements.
Developing solutions for the customer's problems, including financial and performance-based considerations.
Providing Service Agreements, Service and Installation schedules and plans.
Develop project fulfillment schedule with project team.
Developing long-term customer relationships.
Determine project needs, constraints, and responsibilities to meet all of the customer's design and installation requirements.
Ensures that project descriptions and specifications meet with required standards and environmental objectives & fulfill the technical requirements of the consultants and end customers.
Develop, evaluate, and discuss possible solutions with customer. Prepare & review contract terms & conditions.
Present the proposal and negotiates price, terms, & conditions with customer. Prepare transition documents & communicates project readiness for assignment to operations team.
Develop and execute an account specific business plan to identify the long-term, mutual support requirements required to facilitate a strong, profitable & successful partnership.
Provide total account business activity reports & annual forecasts.
Ascertain market demands & current market opportunities.
Provide marketplace feedback, including competitive information, customer expectations, industry trends, etc.
