Role: Recruiter / Sr. Recruiter
Experience: 1 - 5 Years
Location: Noida, Bangalore
Compensation: Attractive Incentives + Cab Facility + Food Facility + Health Insurance + Snacks
education: bachelor’s Degree/Masters Degree/management Degree
Desired Profile:
Should have atleast 1 years of experience in US Staffing.
Should have good communication and convincing skills.
Should have the ability to deliver results and handle pressure.
Excellent negotiation skills.
Should have sound Technical Background (Candidates with Technical qualification or prior IT Recruitments experience would be preferred).
Excellent sourcing, screening and negotiation skills.
Proficient with job boards, postings & searching skills.
Clear understanding of US benefits, compensation, employment types and terms like OPT, CPT, C2C, W2, 1099, EAD, GC and Citizens.
Exposure to US Immigration process (H1-B and Green Card) will be a plus.
