Development/Support/Infrastructure Activities

: Directs one or more projects, including the design of new systems, software or processes based on operational efficiency.
: Delivers feedback to team and stakeholders effectively and in a timely manner.
: Develops implementation plans and directs the execution of the plan.
: Directs the planning and execution of complete systems and integration testing.
: Maintains and supports existing systems and processes as required.
: Ensures all processes and procedures are documented in accordance with the standards of documentation.
: Develops and updates time estimates for project and/or support schedules.
: Controls progress to goals and objectives through regular status reporting.
: Seeks opportunities to improve and enhance functionality, stability and usability of systems, software, hardware infrastructure and/or processes.
: Coordinates work efforts with TSI and vendor partners as required.

Staff management and Development

: Provides leadership coaching, motivation, evaluation and assistance to team members to ensure team work and high performance in the accomplishment of all responsibilities and projects.
: Develops and administers performance appraisals.
: Trains staff as appropriate.
: Recommends wage and promotion actions.
: Administers counseling and corrective action as needed.
: Adheres to company diversity efforts.
: Manages multiple team members, and may manage supervisors and/or team leads.

Client Support

: Understands and manages client expectations to ensure strong client service and satisfaction by meeting the needs and requests of clients in a complete and timely manner.
: Provides consultative assistance in solving problems with current systems or recommends appropriate system modification.

Department Management

: Initiates, defines and implements changes to standards and procedures.
: Initiates and implements new programs to improve departmental quality and productivity.
: Develops and maintains departmental documentation and operating procedures.

Skill Proficiency

: Develops and maintains technical, analytical and practical proficiencies needed to ensure the optimal application of current technologies and industry best practices.
