Prepares "Change" documents, such as “A-changes" and project updates, required for document clarification or Prototype change.
Team Leader for code research and development of code documents.
Makes appropriate code modifications to Prototype documents.
Assists in the development of cost effective Prototype designs and construction details.
Coordinates planning and design information with Store Planning, Food Service and Asset Protection.
Coordinates
engineering designs and Construction Documents with Architect's documents.
Reviews and approved selected shop drawings.
Provides clarifications of documents for Project Architects, Consultants, Project Managers and OSR's and General Contractors when required.
Gives direction and coordinates CAD
designer work as required.
Requirements
Architecture degree from accredited architectural program
Architectural registration
4-6 years as
job Captain or Project Architect in Architect's office
Experienced PC user familiar with typical business applications
Technical skills relating to design of
commercial building
systems
Strong verbal and written
communication skills in English
Strong communication and project
management skills
Experienced in construction document preparation with high level of technical experience
Ability to conduct studies and produce documentation with minimal direction
Ability to produce construction documentation required for projects based on standard guidelines.
Well developed knowledge of commercial building design and construction process
Job requirements:
Degree in Architecture – B. Arch with 5-7 years of work experience.
Preferable- Job captain for 1-2 years in previous roles
Technical
expert – Ability to drive programs independently. Self driven and
coach and train team members. Understands US building construction preferably.
Expert in Revit skills(Minimum 3 years)
Good communication – This is a must as this role requires direct interaction with Partners in MPLS. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
