1. Exp. in working in 65nm & below nodes (45nm, 40nm, 32nm etc is plus)
2. Hands-on with Floorplanning, power planning, CTS, routing & doing timing ecos
Exp. in SOC Place/route tools Magma TALUS or Synopsys ICC. 
3. Good Knowledge on PrimTime STA
 
# Physical implementation of high performance processor, DSP & Graphics cores. 
# Activities include floorplanning, PnR, Clock Tree Synthesis, Timing closure, Power analysis, Physical verification. 
# Interact with the RTL Design & Synthesis team.
