Prior experience in Loyalty solutions, preferably Siebel Loyalty
Knowledge and Skills in Campaign
management, Analytics, Service Center CRM preferred
Analyze and design solutions using Siebel CRM (Loyalty, Marketing).
Knowledge of Siebel development, Siebel Tools, EAI, EIM preferred
Ability to conduct user requirement workshops and detail requirements, processes and solutions by means of documents
Configure Siebel applications to model business processes
Understanding of integration between Siebel components, interfaces and custom solutions
Understand customer requirements proactively during workshops or reactively while authoring response to RFPs
Good understanding of performance optimization of Siebel Loyalty engine for implementation
Knowledge and experience preferred in: Social media & social media integration, e-commerce, multi-channel
customer service
Knowledge of Loyalty, Marketing and Service Center business processes
Knowledge of customer analytics and models preferred
Ability to define and document process maps
Ability to define industry relevant solution using a mix of Siebel components and custom solutions
Willingness to function as a member of solution building team or implementation project, provide support to presales efforts as needed
Ability to design reports
Domain knowledge of one or more industries preferred
Good verbal and written
communication skills
