Our Team

Informatica Developer is an Eclipse Plugin Development Environment (PDE) based framework for the entire next generation rich client on desktop. Data Integration and Data Quality features are being developed on top of this framework. Informatica Developer is a widely used tool by Informatica user communities to solve lot of critical use case in their IT organization related to data.

Informatica Developer team is responsible for interacting with product management and other stakeholders to make the Developer framework rich in user experience, pluggable, extensible and performant.

Your Opportunity
The position is suited for highly motivated and energetic individuals with a desire to work on the development of products that have focus on user experience and user interface. You will work on delivering new features based on Eclipse Plugin Development Environment for rich data integration tools.

Research and development includes areas such as:
: Designing and developing framework in Eclipse to support complex UI use cases for data integration, data profiling etc
: Eclipse based rich client tools for business users, developers and administrators.
: Architectural decision making for large and complex UI flow patterns

Your Responsibilities
As part of the Development team, you will be responsible for
: Active participation in Designing new features and frameworks
: Development of components or features as part of a development team
: Take the products/features through the full software development life cycle and deliver compelling customer experiences
: Mentor junior members in the team
: Proactively research and investigate external products and technologies identifying emerging trends and revise software development best practices to take advantage of these
: Help architects and management staff envision product direction
: Perform an advisory role in several features of a release
: Pro:actively review and ensure best design and implementation of features within the team
: B.Tech or M.Tech in computer science or related field
: Strong in Data structures and Algorithms
:Very strong Problem solving skills
: 5:8 years of enterprise software development experience
