Graduate or Post Graduate in Science preferably in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, Dairy Technology, Dairy Science
Key Skills:
-Passed Lead Auditor course in ISO 22000 / HACCP
-Experience of Industry - a minimum of 5 years in Food industry in Quality Assurance, Has good knowledge of food safety system implementation and certification in a minimum of two industries
Good Auditing Skills -Has conducted Internal Audits, Vendor Audits a minimum of 50 mandays, Preferably external Audits
Good Training Skills -Has conducted training programs for various standards, a minimum of 50 mandays of training , Preferably external training programmes
Good Implementation Skills -Has conducted system implementation of ISO 22000 / HACCP in atleast 2 food industries (Preferably in two product sectors)
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication skills - Writing and presentation skills
- Good Personal attributes, confident, systematic, dedicated, customer focus with high integrity.

-Consulting various customer for various food safety standards like HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, BRC, IFS - This process will involve onsite gap assessments,
consulting for various designs and infrastructure, onsite training preparation of policies, procedures, and relevant formats, pre testing and final implementation which
will lead to subsequent certification.
-Training - Conducting food safety and House keeping training for various Diversey and International Accredited courses. These programmes will be for both Internal
and external candidates
-Auditing - Executing Audits as per various International standards in Food Safety and Facility Hygiene
-Business development - Should have flare for selling the consulting services of Audits, training and consulting
-Travel - Willing to travel atleast 15 days out of city
