Job Description


Timely and accurate day-to-day transaction / translation processing activities involving usage of different languages.
Translation or transaction processing of different foreign languages to English.
Handling and closing escalations on Process related issues
Taking part in projects, language learning circles and language training.
Handling language translations/interpretations as and when required.
Taking part in and driving quality and efficiency projects Reporting, analyzing, reviewing metrics to find out root cause and corrective action plan and execution of the same.
Keen focus on language accuracy and enhancement of language skills of the team.

 
Desired Profile


Good English communication skills, both oral and written
Should be comfortable with MS-Office and have good typing skills
Should be proficient in any of the above mentioned languages with any industry working experience
Excellent co-ordination and team skills AND open to working in shifts
Should be open to learning, flexible and adaptable to working in India
Need to sign a service agreement for a period of 18 months
The position is based in Bangalore.
