CFO / Head Finance - India

#job Responsibilities:-
·Completing all financial activities on time and processing all financial information of the company;Supervising the profitability and advising on the pricing of our products and services.
·Setting up and managing the financial planning process,determining the financial needs,cash management and monitoring adverse effect of exchange rates and implementing the Business control System.
·Initiating and preparing the budgets and forecasts;Preparing the monthly and annual (internal and external) financial reports and analysis.
·Oversight and broad management/planning responsibilities associated with all areas of finance,accounting,tax,investment and treasury functions.
·To manage the legal,direct and indirect tax issues for audit and statutory purpose including TDS,VAT,CST,Excise Duty Corporate Income Tax, import duties;etc.
·Manage banking,audit,investor and other relationships.Managing contacts with the bank,tax collectors office,salary administration,subsidy agencies and external accountants.
· Maintain a constant, in-depth working relationship with the CEO/Director/Board Members.
#Candidate Profiles:-
· Master’s degree with emphasis in finance or accounting required.CPA (CA) preferred.
·expert knowledge of finance,accounting,budgeting,and cost control principles.At least 10-15years of broad experience,high level finance experience,preferably in Manufacturing,Technology or Logistics industry.
·Proven leadership&business acumen,Strongorganizational,management and planning skills
·Excellent communication,Pleasant Personality&Interpersonal Skills.
·Pro-active, Good analytical skills,Independent and strong sparring partner
·Entrepreneurial attitude,Global thinker&Self-starter·Experienced in an international environment.Prepared to travel within india and overseas.
