1. Campus as an SBU – a commercially viable profit center:
Ø The Campus Head leads the team to make the Campus a financially viable business unit
Ø Maximizing enrollments of quality students and managing the Institution so as to get recognized and positioned as a preferred B School of excellence.
Ø Student engagement – systems for student discipline and getting feedback, developing a good student culture.
Ø Planning of academic delivery as per schedule, management of exception – session gaps, student performance exceptions, etc.
3. Industry interface for Placements and revenue opportunities:
Ø Final placement – CH contribution to generation of placement opportunity, local placement done from campus, FP profile - sector, student satisfaction, highest/average/lowest salary.
Ø Industry Interface – industry projects, short assignments for students, MDPs, consulting,
4. Institution Building;
Ø Admission and Brand building initiatives – events and seminars in feeder colleges, press and media relationship, relationship with Banks for educational loans,
Ø Institutional interface of campus – eminent academicians’ visit to campus, Student/faculty participation in competitions/seminars/conferences – rewards and recognitions.
Ø Alumni relations – events and activities to continue connect with alumni from Campus/institute.
Ø Campus premises, location asset management and HR initiatives like staff recruitment, performance, retention, team building with staff members, discipline, quality and efficiency of staff
Ø Accounts – effectiveness of fee collection, expense management, budgeting, liquidity, cost control, asset maintenance and control
Years of Experience : 10 – 20 Years
Ø Ideal candidate should be a Postgraduate between 35 to 45 years of age, with minimum of ten years experience in business development and operations
Ø Goal oriented and self motivated to achieve set targets within deadlines. Strong co-ordination and team skills are required to be successful on the job.
Ø Strong understanding of Customer and market dynamics and requirements
Ø Proven leadership skills and ability to drive teams
Ø Willingness to travel and work in a team
Ø Excellent Presentation, interpersonal & communication skills, Man Management & Customer orientation skills with the knowledge of excellent Sales techniques
