 Designation : Business Lead – Employee Life Cycle Services
 The Role :      Helping HR and IT departments in SMEs and organizations simplify running HR operations using IT Software and Services from Cnrgyis.
 Description:
1.       Present and promote to the HR teams in organizations , the importance of having a software platform covers  hire-to-retire processes.
2.       Demonstrate the HR Platform online with HR Services that can be offered.
3.       Prove to customers they no longer need to buy software products and get better solutions using the Cnergyis Platform.
4.       Sell and collect advances post signup.
 Market :
                Small companies ranging from 10 employees to 1000 employees will be the markets you will go after.
  Experience Required: Min 2 yrs
1.       Sales of HR / Software Products – Minimum of 2 lacs a month for over 3 years.
2.       On field sales experience – Minimum of 50 customers a month for over 2 years (for eg, Insurance products signing, credit card sales etc)
 
Educational Qualifications :
1.       MBA with specialization in HR or Sales
