BPM Tech Lead - India

job Details /Skills Required:

Primary Skills: " 5-7 yrs experience in Business Process management including BPM Processes/Technology, Business Activity Monitoring, Business Rules and development of services using SOAP, REST, EJB, MQ and JMS,
• Knowledge of IBM BPM technologies- IBM 7.5 Business Process Management Suite and Websphere experience in Message broker, MQ, Services Registry and Repository.
• Several years experience in application program development.
• Capture, define, analyze, document and implement existing business processes into process models in IBM Blueprint/IBM Blueworks Live and IBM BPM 7.5.
• Create data models, create guided end-user interactions, create services, and integrate with other services using Web Service, JMS and databases.
• 5-7 yrs experience in Design, development, and management of complex process interactivity
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a highly matrixed environment.
• Experience in developing KPIs, SLAs, and scoreboards.
• Minimal 3yrs experience of working as BPM lead.
• Excellent leadership and motivational qualities.
• Excellent good verbal and written communication skills."
