management (VRM), enables advertisers engage and monetize those online visitors who drop off without engaging with the brand. The 1:1 marketing conversation is enabled through thousands of highly personalized rich media ads that are powered by statistical modeling of user behavior, dynamic message generation module and response optimization system.
We are present in India, China, Singapore, Thailand, Australia, Spain & Netherlands, either directly or through strategic partnerships, and are aggressively expanding into more Geos/markets.
Purpose of Role
Primarily
responsible for Revenue from the Assigned territory; managing & motivating a High caliber BD team.
Manage relationship with existing Clients & grow the share of business and bring in new Clients.
Keep a close tab on campaign performance and ensure that the business cycles run smooth.

Key Responsibilities
Build a pipeline of large online travel agencies, e-commerce and deal
Manage portfolio of advertiser relationships and grow revenue and margin
Achieve set revenue and manpower targets Fine tune BD pitch from time to time
Build, nurture & motivate the business development team
Conduct opportunity & competitive analysis and Identify opportunity for growing business
Actively contribute to product development & enhancement based on trends & client feedback
Work with a broad range of internal teams (Operations, Account Management), involving integration and occasional sourcing of traffic.
Qualifications
Experience: 3-5 years of post MBA experience in a B2B set-up in Sales, Pre-sales or BD functions
education:
engineer(CS) or MCA + MBA(Marketing or Finance), from a reputed Institute
Skill set: Strong functional expertise – BD and A/c Management; Reasonable internet domain knowledge (SEO, SEM, GA); Appreciates technology (HTML, JAVA, XML, PHP) and its ability to create value; Has a keen eye for identifying potential area of concern and new avenues for growth; Has experience invoicing and managing collections; Has experience managing high caliber team and interacting with cross functional teams;
Soft skills: Has strong verbal & written
communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
Others: Experience of having worked in a start-up is a plus
