job Description Role and Responsibilities
This is a multi:functional sales operations role. The ideal candidate should demonstrate experience/knowledge in CRM and PRM applications namely Oracle, Siebel, SFDC etc. This includes, but not limited to, processing orders, generating quotes, partner management, territory management and data remediation efforts.
: Assistance to the Sales Personnel with the administrative, analytical and operational tasks
: Forecast Pipeline and general Account Management for a specific territory
: Lead Management, Order Tracking and Opportunity Creation on Siebel or equivalent CRM
: Reconciliation of Weekly/ Monthly and Quarterly Revenue Reports.
: Quoting and presales account research
: Managing Salesforce : Forecast, Pipeline and general Account information
