Job Description
Ø develop healthy prospecting and sales habits.
 
Ø  recruit and train, mentor team of life advisor.
 
Ø  success sales demonstration and hand holding of advisor.
 
Ø  drive team for sales target.
 
Ø  advisor would be on monthly stipend plus commission basis.
 
Ø  Involving in  branding, relation building and sustenance.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Ø 4 to 5 year min sales experience
 
Ø living in the same locality for 2-3 years
 
Ø good social circle to create team of advisors and tomeet sales target.
 
Ø  age between25-39 years.
 
Ø  goodcommunication skill and pleasing personality.
 
Ø Positive atttitude towards sales and marketing.
 
Ø Two wheeler is a must.
